About us
A planning team that puts everything in writing
Ellington Events LLC is an event management company based in Philadelphia. We plan and run corporate events, weddings, conferences, launches and private celebrations for clients across the United States.
Our story
Built to make event planning predictable
Ellington Events LLC was founded on a simple observation: most event stress comes from unclear information. Who is delivering what, at what time, at what cost. When those answers live in someone's head instead of a document, event week becomes a scramble.
We work the other way round. Every engagement starts with a written scope, moves into a shared timeline, and ends with a reconciled invoice. Clients can see supplier estimates, approvals and deadlines at any point in the process, which means fewer surprises and better decisions.
Today our team manages events of every size, from a twenty-guest private dinner to multi-day conferences and trade exhibitions, with the same documented approach in each case.

Our mission
Make every event feel effortless for the client
To take responsibility for the logistics, suppliers and timings of an event so our clients can focus on their guests, their message and their day — supported by clear documentation at every stage.
Our vision
Set the standard for transparent event management
To be the event partner clients recommend because the process was as good as the result: honest pricing, realistic timelines and a team that does what it said it would do.
Our values
What our clients can rely on
These are the commitments we hold ourselves to on every event, regardless of budget.
Transparency
Quotes are itemised and changes are re-quoted before we commit to them on your behalf.
Punctuality
Timelines are built backwards from the event date so approvals land before event week.
Craft
Styling, staging and service details are specified in writing, not improvised on the day.
Value
We recommend the supplier that fits your budget, not the one that pays the highest commission.
Communication
One named coordinator, one thread, and replies within one business day.
Discretion
Client names, guest lists and contract terms stay confidential unless you tell us otherwise.
How we work
The same six stages on every event
Whether the event is a private dinner or a three-day conference, the process does not change.
- 01
Consultation
We discuss your event objectives, guest count, preferred dates and budget range in a no-obligation call.
- 02
Proposal & Quote
You receive a written proposal with scope, supplier estimates and a transparent breakdown of costs.
- 03
Planning & Design
We build the timeline, confirm the venue, brief suppliers and share a shared plan you can review at any point.
- 04
Coordination
Contracts, deliveries, schedules and technical requirements are confirmed and tracked ahead of event week.
- 05
Event Delivery
Our coordinators manage set-up, run the programme on the day and handle the breakdown after guests leave.
- 06
Post-Event Review
We reconcile the final invoice, share a wrap-up summary and collect your feedback for future events.
Client feedback
In our clients' words
Written feedback shared after events. We publish comments only, with client identities kept general.
“The planning process was smooth and our corporate event was executed exactly to the run-of-show. The team was professional from the first call through to load-out.”
“Everything we agreed on was documented and delivered. Having one point of contact for the venue, caterer and band removed most of the stress from the day.”
“Clear pricing, clear timelines, and no surprises on the invoice. That is rare, and it is the reason we booked a second event with them.”
“They asked good questions early, which meant fewer changes later. Our exhibition stand was installed ahead of schedule and staffed properly all week.”
“The team handled a last-minute room change without disrupting the programme. Guests never noticed anything had shifted.”
“A small private dinner, but treated with the same care as a large event. Timings, service and styling were all handled quietly and well.”
